Lengths & Angles of the Maltese Cross

The golden ratio, phi, interestingly appears out of this geometric template from which the Maltese Cross is derived as a ratio of concentric circles. Three concentric circles in this template are illustrated below and the ratios of their respective radii (or diameters or circumferences) are also given. Compare these values with the values of successive powers of phi.
